Ulysses is an easy going kid that just want to enjoy his time at the camp, he doesn’t like to be bother with extra work or anything. The only thing he probably takes seriously is his training, he does look forward to becoming a legendary hero like his ancestor was. He idolizes his ancestor Odysseus whom he was named after but he hates his name. He goes by a nickname and doesn’t go by anything else. He loves jokes of all kind, from cleverly crafted one to even the lamest pun he’ll laugh at it. He’s more for living in the moment and isn’t too worried about the future because he feels like everything will work out eventually. Because of this people have to actually light a fire underneath his ass to get him to do something right away, probably something his siblings are annoyed with. That and the fact that he’s just so loud, rowdy, and rambunctious you’d think he was in the wrong cabin. Ulysses is a rather kind individual and cares about people, he’d give you the shirt off his back if you really needed it. Overall despite his overly energetic behavior he’s rather friendly and easy to get along with for the most part.
This was before he got amnesia during the war. He doesn't remember much, just knowing that he's goes by Ash. He's a lot more intellectual and quiet. It always seems like he's thinking. Or perhaps trying to remember who he was back then. He only remembers his childhood in fragments and the camp. Talking to him he doesn't have much to say, he's always wonders if he knows the people he talks to. He's also very careful because he knows that having amnesia, people can take advantage of him so now he's more skeptical of those he meets. He still kept his charm and his sense of heroism. He wants to go out and help everyone that he can and he always wants to throw himself in danger but not idiotically as he would've done in the past. He thinks before he goes into action, but he won't sit there and think while something horrible is happening.

History

Ulysses has a strong bloodline that dates far back to greece, by the name of Odysseus of Ithaca. After his services in the war and his famous trip back to his home Athena kept a close eye on the bloodline. She knew that by ensuring that Odysseus’ blood passes down perfectly there would always have heros from this line. Eventually she decided with all the heros that Odysseus’ blood has made, it was time to promote them to demigod status. Athena met with Brandon the current heir in the bloodline and met with him as a beautiful mortal and bed with him to have Ulysses. Athena thought it would be the perfect name for the baby since he closely resembled Odysseus in some ways. But later the boy would come to hate his name. A lot of kids made fun of him for it, calling him Ulysses S. Grant. And Ulysses punched everyone that made fun of him. He got into a lot of trouble but eventually decided to just go by Ash. It was cooler than his actual name and people stopped making fun of him. Other than his name he was a pretty popular kid at school. He was smart, he was athletic, and was pretty easy going. All the kids liked Ulysses well enough to overlook his dumb name once he was starting high school.
His relationship with his dad was pretty good, he loved his dad and they did everything together. They lived in New York City, manhattan specifically and they went to yankee stadium and watched the yankees play. They went to the Mall of Manhattan and got cool clothes and stuff, they went to central park to play frisbee. That kind of stuff Dads and son bond over. Eventually Brandon told his son about his mother, who was a Goddess named Athena. He also told him about Odysseus one of his ancestors. According to Athens both Brandon and Ulysses come from a long line of heroes descending from him. Ulysses already loved the Odyssey and to find out that Odysseus was real and he was related to him made Ulysses ecstatic. He wanted to be a hero like him and sort of developed a hero complex because of it.
According to Athena heroes weren’t needed in this point in time so the bloodline was thinning and Athena decided to step in and intervene. Now the bloodline had ascended from hero to demigod which Ulysses thought was awesome. And at some point Athena said it would be best of Ulysses went someplace safe for him and was able to train him. Brandon didn’t want to leave his son at a camp but Athena said if he didn’t want Ulysses to die young then he’d have no choice. Besides Ulysses looked really excited and was so pumped to go so Brandon of course gave in.
Ulysses loved camp there so much to do so many kids to hang out with and they seemed to like him a lot. For an Athena camper he was fun and a riot sometimes. During his first year there he was given a quest. To this day he wasn’t entirely sure what they were doing but they were on a boat and they got trapped on this island. There was this girl there and she gave them potions and this evil witch lady named Circe tried to change them into animals but the potion saved them. It got a bit hectic there but they all managed to get away and they saved the girl that helped them. But apparently not entirely, Ulysses talked to the girl and her mom was mad at her and took her immortality and banned her from the island. Obviously that wasn’t cool of her so Ulysses did his best to cheer the girl up as best as he could. He couldn’t help it none of the other girls there wouldn’t help them but she did and that kind of stuck to him and maybe admire her? Although he would never admit that in public, he likes to bother her for the sake of getting her attention for a little while. But he hasn’t actually admit to liking her or anything.
When the war broke out Ulysses saw this as an opportunity to get in there and make a name for himself like Odysseus. He went in there and fought pretty well. Unfortunately one of his opponents was very strong and gave him quite the head injury. By a miracle Ulysses was able to get himself off the battlefield and away from the war before collapsing. He was picked up by an elderly couple that found them nearby their home. He was taken to the hospital but because he was at camp most of his time he didn't have an I.D. on him. When he awoke he had no recollection of who he was. The only thing he remembered was being called Ash so he goes by the name. As time passed he began to remember things like his childhood and the camp but they were so fragmented they weren't very helpful.
Ulysses began traveling around to see if he could get information about the camp since he assumed they'd have all his info. But when he found the camp it was in ruins. With that he wasn't sure where to look, eventually he heard whispers about a joint camp consisting of Romans and Greeks and decided to head there. Maybe they had the key to unlocking his memory.

Powers & Abilities
[attr="class","section"]
[TELEKINESIS] This ability is the sheer control of the mind, due to their mother being the goddess of Wisdom specific children may be able to control things with their mind such as moving items without touching them. With this power Ulysses can do a number of things like:
-Binding: Keeping people and items in place.
-Levitation: Lifting object and people in the air. (The heavier the person/object the harder it is to keep it in the air)
-Telekinetic bullets: Concentrated energy that can be shot at a person like bullets. (These do not pierce and only go a certain distance)
-Telekinetic Maneuver: Using energy as a shield and deflect weapons. (Weapons that are enchanted are nearly impossible to deflect)
-Telekinetic Pull/Push/Grip: Being able to either push/pull objects away from the user or holding them firmly in place.
[TELUMKINESIS] This is the ability gifted by the goddess Athena giving them the ability to master any weapon after a few times of practicing with the weapon.
[NATURAL WEAVERS] Ulysses can weave but never found use for it when he had his memories. Now relies on it to make money to travel around the states.
[ENHANCED KNOWLEDGE] Ulysses knows many things and recite back most information if asked. Save for anything dealing with his memories.
[ENHANCED MEMORY]Like other children of Athena he has enhance memory where he can remember even the smallest details. He can remember everything concerning current memories but anything relating to the moment he got hit on the head and beyond is fragmented.
